Many users like you rely on JantaReview reviews when purchasing a product or service. These guidelines help us ensure that the reviews we publish are accurate, relevant and fair. All JantaReview reviews must meet standards in these categories:

• Family-friendly
• No profanity, threats, prejudiced comments, hate speech, sexually explicit language or other non-family-friendly content.
• No graphic reports of violent criminal activity or participation in drug-related activity.
• Written by actual Customers
• Reviews must be based on the user's experience, not second-hand information or hearsay (unverified information, rumors or quotations from other sources or the reported opinions/experience of others).
• Reviews written by ownership or management posing as guests will not be accepted. Current or past employees or anyone associated or related to employees of an establishment listed on our site are not allowed to post reviews. Competitors are not allowed to post reviews.
• If a review is suspected to be fradulent, we will post a 'suspicious' sign alongside the review. Repeat violations will result in demotion in rankings or delisting from our website.
• Relevance to other Users
• We accept reviews for experiences that occurred within the last five years.
• Please refrain from using personally insulting language, attempting a smear campaign or posting content that is irrelevant and unhelpful to users.
• JantaReview is not a forum for general political, ethical or religious opinions, discussion or commentary.
• Questions or comments directed to business representatives are not allowed.
• Questions or comments directed to or about JantaReview staff or other JantaReview members will not be posted.
• Unique and independent
• You may write one review for any given product or service provider.
• You can update your reviews.
• Reviews should contain only original content and no quoted material from other sources.
• Commercial e-mail addresses and contact information are not allowed in reviews, nor is promotional material of any kind. We reserve the right to reject any URL for any reason.
• Please do not include questions for other reviewers or comments about other reviews, reviewers or management responses. Try our forums for help with these questions.
• Age requirement
• All reviewers must be over the age of 13.
• Valid e-mail and standard e-mail etiquette
• The e-mail address associated with your account must be correct. We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your review, so no fake e-mail addresses, please.
• Please follow standard etiquette when writing your review. Do not use ALL CAPS, excessive typographic symbols, HTML tags or slang.
